一般条項_権利放棄(Waiver)

Any failure of either party to exercise the right to terminate this Agreement shall not be construed as continuing waiver of the right to enforce such termination thereafter.

いずれか一方の当事者が本契約の規定を実施しないことをもって、かかる規定の放棄、またはその後においてかかる規定を実施するその当事者の権利の放棄と解釈してはならない。

Nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any of Jerox’s rights and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.

この通知書のいかなる個所をもっても、Jeroxの明確に有する権利および権利侵害に対する救済方法の放棄と解されるものではありません。
